نحن في روشارم نسعى جاهدين لتقديم أفضل المنتجات والخدمات لعملائنا الكرام. ومع ذلك، نعلم أن هناك حالات قد تحتاج فيها إلى إلغاء طلبك. لذلك، نقدم لك سياسة الإلغاء التالية:

شروط الإلغاء:

1. الإلغاء قبل الشحن:
   • يمكنك إلغاء طلبك في أي وقت قبل شحنه. سيتم إعادة المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً إلى وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمتها عند الشراء.
2. الإلغاء بعد الشحن:
   • إذا تم شحن الطلب بالفعل، يمكنك إلغاؤه من خلال تقديم طلب إرجاع بمجرد استلام المنتج. سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه من قبل فريقنا. يرجى ملاحظة أن تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

كيفية تقديم طلب إلغاء:

• لإلغاء طلبك، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة تواصل معنا وتزويدنا برقم الطلب والتفاصيل الخاصة بالطلب. سيتم الرد على طلبك خلال بضع ساعات.

الشروط والأحكام:

• يجب أن يتم إلغاء الطلب قبل أن يتم شحنه للحصول على استرداد كامل.
• المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها قد تكون غير مؤهلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد.
• المنتجات التي تعرضت لأي ضرر بعد الاستلام لن تكون مؤهلة للاسترداد الكامل.

  Cancellation Policy

  At roucharm, we strive to offer the best products and services to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. Therefore, we present the following cancellation policy:

  Cancellation Terms:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipping:
     • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. The full amount paid will be refunded to the payment method used during the purchase.
  2. Cancellation After Shipping:
     • If the order has already been shipped, you can cancel it by submitting a return request once the product is received. The paid amount will be refunded after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  How to Submit a Cancellation Request:

  • To cancel your order, please contact us via contact page and provide your order number and order details. Your request will be responded to within few hours.

  Terms and Conditions:

  • The order must be canceled before it is shipped to receive a full refund.
  • Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Products that have been damaged after receipt will not be eligible for a full refund.
